The paper is then placed on a Blank Sublimation product and both are placed in aheat press.

3.When the heating cycle is complete, the image on the heat transfer paper has been transferred to the item and has actually reformed into or underneath the coated surface. Run your finger across the surface of a sublimated photo mug, plare or any coated product and you will feel nothing. It is as smooth as anything.

4.The reason for this is that sublimation is alsways done on polyester, polymer - coated items. At high temperatures, the solid dye converts into a gas without ever becoming a liquid. The same high temperature opens the pores of thepolymer and allows the gas to enter. When the temperature drops, the pores close and the gas reverts to a solid state. It has now become part of the polymer.

5.This is why Dye Sublimation can't be done on natural materials such as 100% cotton or natural fibres and non coated materials which have no " pores " to open. Unless a polymer coated paper is used.

Wide Format Dye Sublimation Fabric & Textile Printing

Practically any material that contains the necessary synthetic content can be printed

Anything from signage, automotive and marine upholstery, apparel, swimwear, high fashion, sporting uniforms, activewear, event promotional materials, interior design, fine art, photography display and an endless amount of others uses can take advantage of the superiority of our 8 colour, extremely crisp and vibrant printing process.

Main uses are as follows:

1.Digital Textile Sublimation Printing

2.Digital Shoe Sublimation Sampling

3)Advertising Banner Sublimation Inkjet Printing

4)Umbrella Sublimation Inkjet Printing

5.Flag Sublimation Printing

6)Carpet Sublimation Inkjet Printing

7)Shopping Bag Sublimation Printing

8)Uniform Sublimation Transfer Printing

9)T-Shirt Sublimation Transfer Printing

10)Mouse Pad Sublimation Transfer Printing

11)Calender Sublimation Inkjet Printing

12)Key Ring Sublimation Inkjet Printing

13)Mug Sublimation Transfer Printing

14)Ceramic Plate Sublimation Printing

15)Glassware Sublimation Inkjet Printing

16)Wedding Photography Sublimation Output

17)Leather Product Sublimation Printing

18)Wood Product Sublimation Transfer Printing

Which printer for this sublimation paper
