Flock printing used to be the common and most seen process in the garment printing industry. It is with strong stereoscopic effects (Thickness of 0.7mm), and lots of flocks feel comfortable, whcih differs most from ordinary hot process .The traditional flock printing is completed with screen printing process, scraping the flocking pastes to the substrates repeatedly with the silk screen board. Dry the vinyl after every scrape and then transfer the flocks to the substrates with a heat transfer machine. This process is comlicated, expensive, time consuming and requires high technology, which make it more appropriate for large or medium printing manufacturers to operate, in stead of small individual workshops.
