Heat transfer vinyl is either a polyurethane (PU) or poly vinyl chloride (PVC) material that is used to cut designs from.
Heat transfer vinyl by Vision is available in a wide selection of colors and finishes such as metallic, easy-weed, glitter,
flock, and glow in the dark.
There are several methods that can be used to cut heat transfer vinyl, such as desktop cutters like the Us cutter sc
series, Us Cutter laser point II, Silhouette Cameo & Cricut, higher volume cutters such as the Roland GX-24 & Graphtec
Expert, and the low-tech approach of cutting by hand with an X-Acto knife! Once yourdesign is cut, the excess material
that isn't part of the design is "Weeded" away. Weeding is the process of taking adental-like tool and pulling the excess
material away from the carrier. once your design is cut and weeded, you can apply it to the garment of your choice using
a heat press or a household iron on the correct fabric setting.
Width of the vinyl is 50cm and the total length is 25m. You can choose different colors. PU vinyl can be cut by a cutter
to print name, number, logo and design on T-shirts, sports wear and other garments by a heat press.
It is very durable, stretchable, washes fast and will last life of garments. We have 35 colors For your choice. Apply to all
kinds of textile material (include the low temperature press materials such as purified cotton and non-woven fabrics). No
color restriction of printing stock, strong masking power. Wide ranges of use, especially suitable for the heat press of
