1. Self-weeding Transfer Paper’s A&B must be used in complete sets. A is transparent film, matte surface is printing surface, back surface is smooth surface, B is still paper (gray VISION back printing, and the surface of B paper with film feel is for Transfer surface); In addition, the company's current dark hollow paper AB paper B paper and film A film can not be used together, A film hollow paper has its own supporting B paper.
2. Use a color laser printer. If there is white in the pattern, select the OKI c711wt laser printer; if the pattern does not contain white, you can choose oki or other brand models, only color laser printers.
3. Use the CDR vector file for the picture, enter the print interface, import the image from the computer, and select 'Mirror' in the preprint column; if there is a white part in the pattern, select white to enable.
4. B paper hollow A film pattern: cut B paper (gray back print) to a suitable size, placed in the middle of A film ( pls noted B paper on A film needs to completely cover the pattern part). With the pattern printed on the A film facing up, cover the B paper (with the gray back label facing up). Add a piece of isolation paper between the AB papers without blocking the pattern. Adjust the heat press machine (head shaking machine is recommended), the temperature time is 175 ℃, 35 seconds, press the heat press machine (high pressure), when the time is up, lift the heat press machine, wait 3 seconds, and then hot tear. (Please note here: 1. Tear off the B paper evenly and quickly without leaving the hot plate, and there must be no pause in the middle; 2. Do not allow the transfer paper to cool down quickly, and rapid cooling will cause transfer failure; 3. The paper strip can be reused, throw away the B paper, and keep the A film)
5. Transfer of A film to cloth: heat press machine temperature time 175 ℃, 10-15 seconds, heavy pressure; spread the cloth or clothes on the ironing board, and iron it, transfer the pattern of A film face down; After the camera pops up, wait for the A film to be completely cold and cold tear the A film (it must be completely cooled). In order to ensure a good transfer effect, the speed of tearing the A film is slow. A film angle
6. Finish the transfer. After printing, cover the release paper and press for 3-5 seconds to increase the firmness.
7. The transferred fabric must be pure cotton. It is recommended that the fabric has a low elasticity and a relatively rough surface. The elastic and smooth fabric pattern has a low adhesion. It is more difficult to release the A film transfer fabric. , Greatly reducing the success rate of transfer
8. Washing after 24 hours, machine is generally not recommended, hand washing is the main method, bleaching and drying are not allowed.
