Well, for those cutting plotters, there are different options as Desktop cutting plotter (also named as 330 cutting plotter or Mini cutting plotter), 720 cutting plotter, 1350 cutting plotters. For a cutting plotter, cutting blade is key part for the plotter machine. Well, today we are sharing some knowledge about the cutting blades.
Well, in the market, there are three degree blade options as 30°, 45°, 60°.
If you buy cutting plotters from Shanghai Vision, then they will ship you 4 pieces for each set plotter, those 4 pieces blades as this list
- 45 degree, 2 pieces in red color
- 30 degree, 1 piece in yellow color
-60 degree, 1 piece in blue color

45 degree - - - Thin materials as PET Stickers, PU Vinyls, PVC Vinyls etc
30 degree - - - Thick materials as Flock vinyl, glitter vinyl etc
60 degree - - - Almost all materials can use this degree blades, but it’s easy to be broken, not good for long huge cutting works.
