In order to be able to use sublimation transfer paper on pure cotton textiles, produced a hot melt adhesive fabric called OBM sublitextile. It can be used with sublimation transfer paper on cotton clothing. This product has 6 styles, which are elastic, short/long velvet, rough/satin pearlescent and tatami. These are all carved with a cutting plotter, among them, the elastic and long velvet may not be very good to be carved. At this time, they can be carved by scissors. But the model of cutting plotter also determines the success rate of the pattern engraving. And the material of tatami is relatively hard, many customers prefer to use it to make labels and transfer it on clothes.
Before using these products, we need to print out the pattern with the sublimation transfer paper first, and now in order to better exert the effect of the product, the best operation step is to tear off the release layer of the OBM sublitextile first, place the OBM on the clothes, and cover with the sublimation transfer paper with the printed pattern. Because it is a mirror image printing, the pattern is placed face down on the OBM. Then cover it with teflon and press down the heat transfer board, set the temperature and time to 210 degress and 40 seconds, after the countdown of the heat press machine is over, we can turn on the heat press machine to take out the clothes, and the clothes will be transferred.
Need to pay attention when using long velvet to transfer clothes, we need to smooth the surface of long velvet, otherwise the pattern cannot be completely transferred on the same plane of the long velvet, the transfer effect will be very bad.
