More Possibilities for OBM Sublitextile Materials
OBM Sublitextiles are helping sublimation papers use on cotton fabric and dark polyester fabrics. And below are more possibilities about OBM Usages.
Application: Polyester fabric and Cotton fabric
Material: OBM + Sublimation transfer paper + Heat transfer vinyl
Transfer: Transfer sublimation transfer paper and obm onto fabric, then transfer transfer vinyl onto OBM surface
Remarks:
1. Transfer OBM and sublimation transfer paper, print sublimation transfer paper, and cut the shape, then cut OBM shape too, when machines’ temperature is reaching 180 degree, then pre-heat fabric for 3 - 5 seconds, then put OBM onto fabric (face up), and put sublimation transfer paper onto OBM (please align the sublimation paper with OBM), and cover oil paper, then press the machine (machine time setting with 40 seconds), when time is up, then lift the press, peel sublimation paper. And then set the machine as 160 degree and 15 seconds, when the machine temperature is ok, then put the heat transfer vinyl onto the OBM Surface (face up), and press the machine when time is end, then lift machine and peel the release film.
2. When transfer heat transfer vinyls onto OBM, please adjust to lighter pressure.
3. For some special types heat transfer vinyl, need lower temperature, special vinyl types as Holographic, Metallic, Chameleon and etc
4. Upper temperature and time is just for reference, for exactly temperature and time need you adjust with your machines.
5. Washing 24 hours after finished heat transferring
