Introduction for DTF Printing
As we all know, Shanghai Vision promoted DTF Materials onto markets, may be many customers may have issues with this technology. Below are some introduction for you to know more.
Equipment preparation: DTF printer, textile pigment ink, printing PET film, hot melt adhesive powder, flat tray, heat press machine.
First, printer request, it request DTF printer, also named as modified modified 6 color ink set EPSON Printers, such as L805 (A4 format) and L1300 (A3 format).
Second, it request 5 color textile pigment ink, C (cyan), M (magenta), Y (yellow), BK (black), W (white)
Thirdly, printing PET film, this film’s surface is special treatment ones, the surface is coated
Forthly, 80um to 170um hot melt adhesive powder. The smaller powder, the better effect you will get
Fifthly, flat tray, we advise you use plastic flat tray, which have higher edge in the tray
Sixly, heat press machine, for this technology, normal heat press machine is okay.
For transfer processing
Printing the the pattern by DTF printers with textile pigment ink - - - apply powder and shaking powder - - - heat fixed color - - - transfer the color into shirts
Condition for heat transfer - - - 170°C to 180°C, 40 seconds to 50 seconds for heat fixed color processing; And 170°C to 180°C, 10 seconds to 15 seconds
