As we know, Shanghai Vision promoted a new type of heat transfer materials for cards, it can widely used in different types of cards as Student cards, Visitor Cards, Gift Cards, VIP Cards, Guarantee Cards etc. It is made of two different materials, printing materials and the intermediate materials.
Details of Those PVC Cards - 200*300MM, thickness of 150mic + 460mic + 150mic, or another thickness of 250mic + 460mic + 250mic.
Colors for option - White, gold, silver, hologram
Advantage of this kind of card - high temperature resistance, not easy to deform
How to use this kind of materials?
Firstly, print the printing materials with a Inkjet printer (presently we only supply Inkjet print materials), printing type of Mirror printing.
Secondly, peel off two sides film of the intermediate materials.
Thirdly, after the printing materials drying, paste the printing materials into 2 sides of the intermediate materials, printing face face to the intermediate materials
Forthly, use the laminator to press the 3 pieces of printing material and intermediate materials into 1 pieces.
Fifly, cutting the bigger size into card sizes.
Sixly, peel off the backing side of the printing materials, then the cards is finished.
