How to transfer pure cotton fabric with sublimation paper
As we all know, sublimation paper is a transfer paper suitable for non-pure cotton light-colored fabrics and hard objects with coatings.
The transferred image is colorful, rich in layers, and the effect is comparable to printing. The difference is that the heat transfer ink is sublimated by heating at a high temperature, penetrates into the surface of the medium, and can form an image after sublimation, so no glue film is formed on the surface, the image will not fall off, will not crack, the light resistance is relatively strong, and will not fade for a long time.
But such a good effect can only be used on non-pure cotton, so we developed a new product that can be used with sublimation paper on dark cotton fabrics, called ‘’OBM SUBLITEXTILE’’. This product has 6 styles, namely elastic, long velvet, short velvet, satin pearlescent, rough pearlescent, and tatami. All of them can be used with sublimation paper, which to a large extent realizes the usage of sublimation paper on pure cotton.
OBM SUBLITEXTILE can use a cutting plotter or scissors to cut out the outline of the pattern and place it on the fabric. After printing the sublimation paper, cover the OBM SUBLITEXTILE with the sublimation paper, and cover it with a high temperature oil paper to start the transfer. The transfer temperature is 210 degrees, the time range is 5-10 seconds, medium pressure.
