Q1: Printed files are layered, it looks intermittent. The printed parts isn’t complete and totally together. Why?
A1: The coating of the DTF PET Film are bad, then it can not leave sufficient on the coating surface; Another possibility is the print-head of the printer is blocked.
Q2: Some times, the printed results showed the inks are diffuse, why?
A2: The ink ratio is too heavy for the PET Film, different DTF PET Film coating surface suitable for different ink ratio setting. Another possibility is the DTF PET Film printing surface is bad quality.
Q3: Printed results ink diffuses very much, why this happen?
A3: When printing, user didn’t distinguish the correct printing surface, or the PET Film coating are bad.
Q4: After baking, the pattern cracks, why?
A4: Baking temperature is too high, or baked for too long time.
Q5: After placing for a couple of days, the baked PET film penetrate water, why?
A5: The PET film isn’t baked totally, or the baked PET Film are exposed on the air and it absorbed water element from the air. Another possibility is the ink quality problem.
