DTF white ink printing
When doing DTF white ink printing, you need to prepare a DTF printer, pigment ink, hot melt adhesive powder, heat transfer machine and digital transfer film.
First, install and set the software, and then print. When printing digital transfer film, pay attention to that the frosted side is the printing surface, and gloves should be worn. Sweat will pollute the printing surface. After printing, try to keep the transfer film as flat as possible, and then smear a layer of hot melt adhesive powder on the surface of the printing surface. This step is to prevent the printing surface from sticking.
Shake the paper gently after smearing the hot melt adhesive powder to shake off the excess hot melt adhesive powder. Then use a heat press machine, set the temperature to 180 degrees, place the digital transfer film on the heat press board with the printing side up, and use the heat press machine to bake for 40 to 69 seconds. Remember, do not press the heat conduction pressure plate during baking, otherwise the transfer film will melt.
Next, transfer the clothes. First put the clothes on the heat press machine to warm up, then place the digital transfer film on the clothes with the bright side up, cover with high-temperature tarpaulin, and set the temperature and time to 180 degrees, 10 seconds. After the transfer is finished, wait for the clothes to cool down, and then cold peel the transfer film to complete the transfer.
This is the printing step of the digital transfer film flat sheet, and the printing step of the digital transfer film roll is different. First, you need to prepare a roll-shaking printer, a powder-shaking dryer and a paper feeder, and then put the digital transfer film roll on the paper feeder, and draw out an appropriate length to trigger the sensor to work and transfer the film roll. Put one end into the printer, and then turn on the paper feeder switch. The other end of the roll is connected to the flatbed printer through a heating and shaking device, and fixed with tape, and then printing starts. When the pattern is printed to the position of the powder shaker, add hot melt adhesive powder to the powder box, turn on the corresponding motor switch, adjust the appropriate speed to make the hot melt adhesive powder fall evenly on the surface of the transfer film and then fall off the excess powder. Place the clothes with the bright side of the transfer film facing up and cover with a high-temperature tarp until the transfer is completed.
